Construction Services
We are your eyes, ears and voice representing your interests during construction. Our Construction Status Report follows the American Institue of Architects standards of care for design and construction. We provide answers to critical questions, such as, do the schedule of values represented on the contractor requisition accurately reflect construction progress; does construction adhere to your architectural and engineering design specs and your program of requirments; does construction meet the quality standards defined by the construction contracts; how will proposed change orders impact your project budget, schedule and the finished construction quality?
